Rules (a short note)

We have only one rule at Roots That Heal:
Respect each other, whether you agree with their opinions and beliefs or not, and treat others as you would hope to be treated yourself.
We believe that this is the only guideline that our foum needs as we believe in honouring the lives of others and empowering you, our members, to make your own judgements about how you act. We hope that by restricting our rules to just this one we will not dampen your spirits and individual beliefs as these are the two things we wish to nurture here.
However we ask you to note that we will not tolerate any defamatory language or abuse of members, nor will we allow spam to remain on our site. This is for the comfort and safety of all and in the event any of the above occurs, we shall deal with it as efficiently as we can.
Outside of this our roles as administrators are purely to help keep the forum tidy and help with any technical difficulties you may experience. We hope that you will feel comfortable contacting us for any help or advice and understand that occasionally we may move your post if it has been posted in the wrong forum. This is so that more people will find your post, rather than a desire to over-regulate the site.
We truly hope you all enjoy your time here and look forward to seeing our new community blossom and flourish.

An extra note: As we hope that our energy exchange forum will become a favoured place for some of our members we just wish to point you in the direction of our disclaimer, which is provided to ensure the safety of both the provider and recipient of any advice, healing or other service.
